Many years from now, when the time comes, we are hoping you will pass down this amazing knife... because this is just how tough we made it

We warranty every CANADA Enduring knife, for the life of the knife, as per the conditions stipulated below.

Our Enduring Lifetime Warranty

We warranty every CANADA Enduring knife to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the knife, and we will repair or replace with a new CANADA Enduring knife, at our option, any CANADA Enduring knife that is defective. That said, you understand that you purchased a truly and completely hand-made product, and that your knife’s aesthetic differences are what make it so uniquely perfect. It did not come out of a low-cost automatized factory… located who knows where.

It is important to understand that all the components making up your CANADA Enduring knife are top notch. Namely: the blade, the locking spring, the pocket clip, the securing band, pins and rivets are all made of exceptional quality stainless steel and brass material. Furthermore, the handle is made of a most enduring hard wood which we collect ourselves in the wild.

But if something is troubling you with your knife, contact us at warranty@canadaenduring.com and we will gladly help you resolve the issue.

CANADA Enduring does not warrant its products against normal wear, misuse, abuse or product alterations. CANADA Enduring Knives are not intended to be used for such purposes as (but not limited to) projectiles, pounding tools, shovels, chisels, pry bars, or screwdrivers. If your knife is deemed, by us, damaged due to misuse, our repair department can analyze the damage and repair it for a fee. If the knife is unable to be repaired, we will discuss different price options to replace your abused knife. This is not an ideal situation for either of us. This special knife is placed under your supervision, in a mutual understanding that it will be taken care of.

After discussing the matter with us and coming to an agreement, you are welcome to send your knife at your convenience. However, we do recommend you attain delivery confirmation and/or package tracking from your shipping company. This will help provide assurance to you that your package has arrived at our facility. CANADA Enduring will not be liable if your knife gets damaged, lost or stolen during the transport. We also do recommend that you take a shipping insurance from your shipping company to protect your investment.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT A SHIPPING COMPANY THAT DELIVERS TO “PO BOX” (Post Office Box).

UPS, FedEX, DHL does NOT ship to PO BOX.

CANADA ENDURING SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A “PO BOX”.

We are responsible to repair or replace your knife. You are responsible to organize the shipping to our facility. And we will charge you a reasonable shipping fee to return the knife to your location.

Please follow all instructions below for sending your knife in for evaluation. Prepare your knife for shipment. The original product is required to fulfill a warranty claim. Note: For the safety of our technicians, please clean away any dirt, debris, or biohazards such as blood or animal matter from your knife. Any knife received in this condition will be returned with no work done.

Package your knife securely in a shipping box. Be sure the knife cannot move or shift while inside the package and that there are no loose blades that will fall out and harm a technician.

DO NOT ship your knife in a poor-quality packaging, not in a padded envelope, not in a regular paper envelope, or a packaging of sub-quality that won't survive the transport. Use a solid packaging that you can rely on.

CANADA Enduring is not responsible for lost or stolen knives during the shipping process.

Please include a note with your knife shipment that state the following:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Contact Phone Number
  • Your Contact Email Address
  • Your Full Shipping Address (for shipping back to you)
  • A description of the issue

By purchasing or receiving any item produced by Canada Enduring, Inc., the owner assumes the responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state, local, and international laws related to the possession, ownership, carry, shipment, transport, and use of any Canada Enduring product.

The owner expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Canada Enduring, Inc. for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, possession, ownership, transportation, or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state, local, and international laws or regulations.

Canada Enduring, Inc. is not liable for the misuse of any Canada Enduring knife or product, purchased either directly from Canada Enduring or a reseller.

Canada Enduring, Inc. is not liable for injuries and/or death where any Canada Enduring knife or product is involved in any way, purchased either directly from Canada Enduring, Inc. or a reseller.

You must be eighteen 18 years of age to purchase Canada Enduring knives.
